This is an “INTEREST FORM” only. It is NOT a contract or an agreement. There will be an agreement to sign after you are selected. After clicking “SUBMIT” at the bottom your application will be reviewed along with the pictures you attach of your art. If you are accepted you will receive the agreement and further steps in email.
IMAGE FILE NAMES: Please NAME your files with YOUR NAME, TITLE OF ART, and SIZE (i.e.16x20) before attaching it. - I have had many questions from iPhone users on how to rename photos. The problem in you cannot do it in the Photos App… per Apple: To change the filename you have to save the image file outside of Photos, for example Share it in Files, then rename it there. Use Google to help you find a video if you still need help.
Naming Samples:
Wall Art sample: JaneDoe-RisingMoon-16x20.jpg. (Do Not put “ “ marks in filename)
3-D Art sample: JaneDoe-ClayFrog-6inHigh.jpg. (Do Not put “ “ marks in filename)
Multiple or Non-sized Pieces, like jewelry, use Artist’s name-AssortedEarrings.jpg
